ROKO SHIPMANAGEMENT (RSM) was founded by Captain Vadims Mamonovs and Dipl.Eng. Vladimirs Voziks. Between them, they had 46 years of shipping and ship management industry experience when they founded the Company .
With our offices in Riga and a team of dedicated professionals from the fields of management, navigation, engineering and financial planning, we provide cost-effective ship management and crew management services.
Our experience includes everything from tankers to coasters. The key to our ability does our people gain the vast experience, ashore as well as onboard.
This experience includes full technical ship management and manning of:

• Reefers
• Oil/Chemical Tankers
• Bulk carriers
• General cargo vessels

In the same year of its incorporation the Company acquired its first vessel and added ship operation to its business activities.
At present time company provides full technical ,commercial and crewing management for 4 reefers ,build in 1983-1990 , 265.000-500.000 cubft , and Oil Tankers

ROKO SHIPMANAGEMENT provides full technical, crewing, operating, commercial and accounting management services. We hold qualifications and competence to operate all services.
Our management system based on ISM Code philosophy and ISO 9002-2000 standard procedures for office.
The Company understands that basic ingredient for successful ship management is achieving the optimum balance between technological efficiency and control of costs, while maintaining at all times the required quality.
The RSM technical team combines breadth and depth of expertise to provide the required levels of asset protection and safe operation. This is effected by close vessel monitoring through regular inspections, planned maintenance and regular upgrading.
The operating department offers traditional market and operational services for reefers and dry cargo vessels. In addition, the department integrates with and supports the other company functions in providing a totality of services to the ship owner.
The RSM commercial management elements include: vessel supplies, insurances, customer services, travel services, crewing and legal department matters.
We will ensure that the vessel is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings according to Owners’ wishes and requirements.
We attend to all crew related matters, such as recruitment and selection, labor/union relations , long terms planning and pool arrangements, mustering, travel arrangements, provision, allotments, budgeting and accounting.
Purchase inspection, including class record surveys with reports on the condition of second-hand tonnage, is available at short notice.
The RSM has general agreements with many suppliers .We have our own warehouse in Riga located in the port area. Our purchasing team has long experience in shipping business and maritime supplies.
